Transportation

Riverside market is located in the heart of the Christchurch Central CBD and is easy to get to by bus, car, bike or foot.

CAR

There is plenty of parking around the market with the Central Carpark right next door and the Lichfield Car parking building a 1 minute walk away. BUS

The main central bus interchange is a 3-minute walk along Lichfield Street to the market.

There are a number of bike parks around the market with covered indoor bike parks on the ground floor of the Lichfield Carpark building and a set out outdoor stands on Oxford Terrace.

There are usually a number of e-scooters parked around the market. When you arrive on a scooter we ask that you don’t park it in the lane.
