Greystone is a homage to the unique limestone conglomerate supporting a 100% certified organic with BioGro vineyards. The wine is considered a snapshot of time, place and climate. Seasonality is everything. The cellar door and restaurant is carte blanc with a pre-set menu long lunch prepared by licensed forager and Head Chef, Mel Wright. The feast consists of four courses with five paired wine tastings. Dietary options are available on request. Main courses change each week, always showcasing the best of North Canterbury produce.
