Dilworth School supports boys who cannot afford a private school education. To this end the school invested in real estate. Dilworth Building, in the Auckland CBD was built between 1925 – 1927 the category I Heritage New Zealand rating. The building was erected as a high-quality, Portland stone and concrete structure by the Dilworth Trust in 1925-1927 to provide regular rental income for a school for disadvantaged boys.
