With over 20 years of operating history, the AAG is devoted to experimentation, innovation and engagement in art. Located on the first floor of the Ashburton Art Gallery and Heritage Centre on State Highway 1, the AAG is a place for everyone to enjoy and discover art. The AAG is an independent charitable entity and is generously funded by the Ashburton District Council. It is run by a small team of 5 staff and 22 volunteers.
