Wilkinson’s Building 1913

Wilkinson’s Building at the corner of Bridge and High streets is a two-storey building built of ferro-concrete.

Large plate glass display windows along the ground floor frontage have sills and mullions capped with nickel- plated steel. The ground floor is suspended.

Upstairs, the fully partitioned flats and rooms are all finished with white plaster. The Bridge St facade is 41 metres long, and the High St facade is 12 metres long.
