Nelson Provincial Museum – Places to Visit

@NelsonMuseumNZ

Nelson Provincial Museum is a classic museum yet with contemporary exhibition places artfully narrating the story of Nelson and its taonga (treasures). The Museum is not a dusty relic; rather a place of discovery. The Nelson Provincial Museum dates back to the foundation of the Literary and Scientific Institution of Nelson in May 1841 and is one of New Zealand’s earliest museum collections.

A #nzmustdo heritage attraction for visitors interested in heritage and history in New Zealand.
