Borland Road

For those who want to go further into Fiordland, or keen hunters, anglers and trampers, the Borland Road/Lake Monowai area is a journey into a wild and raw location. The Lake Monowai and Borland Road area offers access into a different and very handsome part of Fiordland National Park. It offers great ‘off the beaten track’ tramping, hunting, boating and fishing and road access into Fiordland National Park. The road offers impressive views of the Lake and surrounding forest.
