Imagine over 90 hectares of walking tracks threading their way through geographical regions New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan, Himalayas, Europe, Mexico, North America, Mediterranean and others represented by trees. The area is full of birds and native wildlife. Picnic spots galore and plenty of space to gulp fresh air. Relax and absorb the gorgeous scenery or take a walk and explore the Arboretum.
Interesting fact
Explore ‘The Hanger’ since 1896 the gate was shut on the converted pastoral area and left to naturally regenerate. It is breathtaking and a powerful statement for conservation.
Open between October to May weekends. Check beforehand to avoid disappointment.
